Meeting Hekia Parata, The Ministry Of Education

On Tuesday 12 May 2015, Hekia Parata came to T.A.P.S. She visited Rooms 19, 20, 21. When she visited room 20 [aka my class], she talked to me about my learning and what I do in class. I talked about our P.E shirts we designed and how we create the ads and our own movie station! It was very exciting Cameron Tonihi, a boy in room 19 came to talk to her as well. When she first arrived we greeted her in the library and Mr Duncan our principal, introduced her to everyone. Since I was a school leader I was in the library when this happened. Then she had a look around all the classes, the sports class, the performance class and the multi media room. Have a look down below at all the pictures.
