This book is written by Sally Odgers and is Illustrated by Shawn Shea. Glory Gate is a great science fiction book for ages 8+. I believe that this book it trying to tell us to always think for yourself. This storey is set in the future when the government is trying to make personal decisions for the people themselves. They are also trying to divide people into different racial groups. In my opinion this book is great and would recommend it to 9 and 10 year olds. I hope that gave you an inside look on what I have been learning in class.
Hi Dani, you must be a great reader. Imagine if we were not allowed to make our own decisions! We would almost become robots with no opinions and ideas. Oh no!
